Return Policy
IMPORTANT:
An opening video of the parcel is mandatory if you have any doubts regarding your order. Please record a clear video while opening the parcel so we can verify that the issue is genuine.
⚠️ No complaints will be entertained for refund, damage, or missing items if the parcel opening video is not shared.
Return Conditions:
- You have 3 days after delivery to inform us if you want to return an item.
- The customer must return the item via a traceable delivery method (courier or registered post) at their own expense.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Refund requests will be processed within 2 working days after we receive the returned product.
- All returned items must be sent to our provided address.
Returns Are Accepted Only in the Following Cases:
- If you receive the wrong product
- If the product delivered has a manufacturing defect or issue
How to Return an Item:
- Call or email us to request a return.
- Our team will share the return address with you.
- Pack the item exactly as received, including original packaging.
- Once received, the product will go through quality inspection.
- If the return is approved and passes quality check, refund will be issued for the item.
