Return Policy

IMPORTANT:

An opening video of the parcel is mandatory if you have any doubts regarding your order. Please record a clear video while opening the parcel so we can verify that the issue is genuine.

⚠️ No complaints will be entertained for refund, damage, or missing items if the parcel opening video is not shared.

Return Conditions: 

  • You have 3 days after delivery to inform us if you want to return an item.
  • The customer must return the item via a traceable delivery method (courier or registered post) at their own expense.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 2 working days after we receive the returned product.
  • All returned items must be sent to our provided address.

Returns Are Accepted Only in the Following Cases:

  • If you receive the wrong product
  • If the product delivered has a manufacturing defect or issue

How to Return an Item:

  • Call or email us to request a return.
  • Our team will share the return address with you.
  • Pack the item exactly as received, including original packaging.
  • Once received, the product will go through quality inspection.
  • If the return is approved and passes quality check, refund will be issued for the item.
